What an amazing 4-weeks I had! One week ago today marks my return to the states and I miss the trip every day. This trip has opened my eyes to a world of new experiences, sights, and friendships that I wouldn’t have had otherwise. Since my first update, we have visited so many new places, such as the Lourve, Monte Carlo Casino, Harrod’s, Windsor Castle, Shakespeare’s birthplace, Stonehenge, and so much more. This trip wouldn’t have been nearly as impactful if it wasn’t for our amazing professor, Dr. Stephen McDaniel. Dr. Mac made this trip worthwhile, and I can’t imagine navigating the tube (the subway) in London with anyone else. My worldly knowledge has grown exponentially, and I will forever be grateful for this amazing experience. If you are on the edge of studying abroad, DO IT! This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I am thankful that I took the leap of faith and went. Now is the time to travel, explore, and learn. Go out and do it, because I can promise that it will be the greatest experience of your college years!
