After one week abroad, I can see why people highly recommend studying overseas. We are only 25% done with our trip, and I already wish that I could stay here longer. France is such a beautiful place, and I am so glad to be sharing my experiences so far. We started our trip learning about D-Day and seeing all of the places that our American soldiers fought in Normandy. This was truly breathtaking and gave me a new look on an impactful piece of our history. Following those stops, we visited Le Monte-Saint-Michel, the Palace of Versailles, Palais Garnier, and of course, the Eiffel Tower. I have seen so many beautiful places and met so many new people, and I know this trip will keep getting better as we move around Paris and into England. The people I have met on this trip so far will for sure become friends for life. I can’t wait for the adventures to come, update you soon!
