My name is Garrett Nobles and I spent the Fall 2024 semester in Milan, Italy, studying at Bocconi. My first impression of Bocconi was that it feels like it’s part of Milan, and not necessarily separate from the city, and that it’s significantly smaller than TAMU. Being in the action of Milan made it really easy to go out of campus and grab snacks or a drink with friends. The buildings and communal spaces are also very nice. Milan felt both big and small at the same time. The city was very easy to get around thanks to the buses, trams, and subway. There are lots of good restaurants and the buildings are beautiful. Italy is great, with amazing food and a great culture. Everyone is so nice and my interactions with people felt super genuine. Overall, great first impressions.
