One memorable experience was exploring Costa Rican cuisine, including gallo pinto, a versatile dish of rice and beans infused with fresh local flavors. This beloved staple, enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, came to life during a hands-on cooking class that deepened my appreciation for the country’s culinary traditions.
Our free time offered opportunities to immerse ourselves in Costa Rica’s stunning natural beauty and vibrant cultural events, such as a local rodeo. Another highlight was the coffee and chocolate tour, where we gained insights into Costa Rican business practices. These tours not only showcased the country’s sustainable and innovative approaches but also illustrated how deeply business and culture are interwoven here.
