Lovat Parks has a very impressive business model with both high-growth potential and consistent recurring revenue. The founder and CEO Raoul Fraser is a model leader who displays discipline, thoughtful decision-making, and efficiency. His employees are then encouraged to do the same. As for the business model itself, Lovat Parks hosts an impressive asset pool of holiday homes in some of the UK’s most pristine travel locations. He’s able to rent out these homes to travelers during the summer months and sell ownership during the off-seasons which collect yearly rental deposits. I’m quite excited by the business and I imagine it will be duplicated in the coming decades.
