We got to go to Cinque Terre for the weekend. It was definitely stressful trying to get there. When trains get delayed and you have to rush to your next one, it is always a gamble on whether or not you will make it. We ended up missing our 2nd train, but thankfully there was another one coming right behind it. Cinque Terre is probably the prettiest place we have been to so far. The water is so blue, and the buildings are so colorful. We tried to go to the beach, but the town we stayed in was just rocks. We sat on the rocks in the water for a little bit, but then it started to storm. We decided it would be a good idea to leave so that we didn’t get stuck out in the rain. We got dressed up and took pictures on the top of the hill with the sunset in the background. The weather was absolutely perfect. The only bad thing was there were so many stairs to climb. To renew our energy we decided to get some gelato and dinner. I thought that the rain was going to ruin the day, but it cleared up and was a perfect night. This was definitely my favorite place that we got to visit.
